After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location in South Africa and courier conditions.

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns in South Africa
  • Selected outlying areas (delivery times may be slightly longer)

💰 4. Shipping Cost

  • Standard shipping fee: R90
  • Free shipping is available on selected bundle offers (when applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


📦 5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to monitor your delivery status

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service delays
  • High order volumes
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional costs to re-ship returned parcels
